The Backup is a quick and simple to use tool for both experts and novices. The Backup gives you an almost instant method to store incremental backups. The process can also be easily modified to your needs.
Once the program has been installed just right click and choose the "Send to" option. There you will get a shortcut to your backup program. If you do this various times on the same object (folder, file, etc) the copy is stored incrementally. Simple, quick and effective.
